The Database of TCVM in China

Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) is a part of Chinese Medicine that is derived from ancient times. It inherits the essence of Huang Di, the mind of Fu Xi and the skills of Ma Shi Huang (The originator of Veterinary Medicine, about 2717 BC - 2599 BC). It's broad and profound, and its knowledge is continuously spreading around the world. To promote the inheritance and development of TCVM,  the database of TCVM (http://ctzsyy.lzmy.org.cn) has officially opened. The TCVM database is supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and sponsored by the Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine / Lanzhou Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The site features different sectors, including: the Project Profile, the History, the Culture, Biography, the Classical Arts & Skills, Literature, Herbal Medicinal Resources, Equipment Resources, and Readers among other sectors. These sectors are all shown and introduced with text, pictures and video for the all TCVM clinicians, researchers and students in the world to share.  Through the TCVM database, you may learn about the past, present and future of TCVM authority.
